OVERPRICED! Tiny portions and mediocre taste. Additionally, Panera does not want decaf drinkers as customers! They came up with the new policy, no decaf after 2. And when you try to order over the app before 2, it tells you that it is not available. Previous to that, they refused to maintain the decaf, it was always cold or completely empty. So, there's always a McDonalds are Starbucks close by. Seems we're getting the message to move on down the road. I used to like to meet friends here. Not anymore, I'll choose McD, Starbucks, or Grace over this place from now on.
Thanks for a variety of menu options. We love Panera. There is an egg cheese bagel menu option. When I place an order for egg cheese bagel with egg white and add spinach, red onion and tomato, please do not charge me for the avocado, egg white, cheese bagel sandwich. I had the best and memorable experience at this Panera with Cici. As we all know Customer Service in general has degraded however, Cici is the kind of Customer Service we hope for when entering a business. Her smile was contagious and she greeted everyone who passed her or were waiting on food. The food at Panera is delicious, but the service at this Yorkville location is absolutely awful. There seems to be a lot of confusion, and it feels like they just don’t care about their customers for some baffling reason! Every time I call in my order, drive all the way there, and pick it up, I find that something is missing. I can only imagine how much money they are losing due to their poor customer service. As a vegan queen, the cheddar broccoli didn't tickle my pickles. I asked for extra broccoli but they gave me the same amount any other customer would. The chef who made my food was very nice even though he asked me to leave twice. The indoor decor in the bathroom was finger licking good while I unloaded the food from earlier.
We often pick up food from this restaurant and have never encountered any issues. The food is always fresh and prepared exactly to our liking. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
They accepted my 100 dollar bill, and also made my wife a chicken Caesar sandwich that they no longer have on the menu. ? definitely would recommend over jimmy john's and portillos.
