I would give this place zero stars if I could. I recommend avoiding this restaurant for your own peace of mind. My order for a school party arrived 80 minutes later than the requested time. Just to clarify, I placed the order the day before, and the requested time wasn’t during busy hours. The manager mentioned a quality guarantee program that would provide a free pizza, but when I called to request it, they refused and hung up on me.
Well I wanted to try their new garlic stuffed crust pizza but apparently you can only get it in large so then I asked for a thin crust regular pizza medium and they refuse to give that to me unless I got a large so this place can stick it where the sun don't shine because any pizza parlor you can get small medium large extra large but apparently at Papa John's you can only get large!! I'm going somewhere else!!!
Pizza arrived destroyed. The toppings were slid off the crust. See photos. Reminded me of the movie Alien. Called and store they didn't even offer discount coupons. Just redelivery. I like Poppa Johns. So disappointed. Book a table now
At 11 PM, the customer service was excellent. The staff member assisted me with my order when I was unable to use the online system. He helped me remember one of my favorite items that I had forgotten to add.

I absolutely love the pizza here; it consistently has excellent quality. The customer service is spot on, and the restaurant is always clean and well-organized.

Ordered delivery from this store and it was delivered 45 minutes later than it was supposed to arrive. Avoid this store!
