UPDATE: He apologized, so Papa John's gets two stars. Whoever was on the line, manager or whatever, keeps hanging up on me without proper confirmation of what I needed help on. First time hung up on me as I was explaining the situation, so I wasn't sure he heard me. Second time, he hung up when I only said I needed to cancel my order. Third time, he yelled at me that it was canceled when I just needed to confirm if he needed an order number. IF HE LISTENED TO ME THE FIRST PHONE CALL WITHOUT ENDING THE CALL AFTER 1 MINUTE, he wouldn't need to hear me call back. Very rude old man and probably miserable. The service here was absolutely terrible. The older guy (who I assume is the owner or manager) had the nastiest attitude. I came in to order their carryout special and when I asked him what the total price was, he responded very quietly. I then asked again and he answered quietly once more. I asked him again (hoping it would be the last time) and he asked with attitude are you okay? And started to laugh. He then told me the price clearly with some attitude again. The pizza was decent which is the only reason why this review is a 1 star.
I've been a long-time fan of Papa John's, but this was my first visit to this location. I encountered an issue with my order at first, but the manager, Miguel, promptly resolved the problem. Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience here and will definitely be back. Book a table now
The pizza is delicious here. The first time I went I didn't have the best encounter with the older man that works there. I decided to give them another chance and the same delicious pizza and service was better. I'll be going back.

The service here is extremely poor, and the staff has a very unprofessional attitude. The pizza does not meet expectations either, and overall, the restaurant falls short.
