Your 7764 Old Redwood Hwy, Cotati, CA 94931 has to be the slowest and most incompetent Peet's in America. They consistently get orders wrong and the wait times are excessively long, even with online orders.
Honestly, it's the best coffee on the West Coast! This location, in particular, is amazing. Whether it's morning, noon, or night, the service is always accompanied by a smile.
