Pepperjax Grill - Table reservation

Unfortunately went there on Sunday with my family and we’re told they ran out of ketchup given they just opened instead of having employees gathered up by the grill they lied and said they had no ketchup they ran out the day prior . Once the next set of customers that walked in they magically started loading the ketchup after we sat down and started eating our Phillies . The second set of customers requested ketchup that’s when they started loading up the ketchup pump. The employees there may have been prejudiced don’t know but they have lost my business rather go to a real Philly restaurant even if it’s a drive to zona Rosa Phillytime is way worth it.

The store needs cleaned bad. It was really nice when they first opened but I’ve went in there several times in the past couple weeks and it is filthy the toilet paper dispenser in the woman’s bathroom needs fixed and the aerator on the sink in the woman’s bathroom needs replaced. Quit letting your day time employees come to work tweeked out it ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The cheesesteaks were delicious! I ordered off the kid's menu, and the cheesesteak was still over 6 inches! The fries were yummy, too. Would definitely visit again!

My All-time Favorite Place. Sign up for a free Entree on your birthday. The burritos are fire. The nachos are amazing. The loaded fries. And smother and cover everything in the spicy ranch.

Slow service. 2 ladies cooking, two fixing grub hub orders. Waited in line remove some time. Food was good.
