P.f. Chang's - Table reservation

PF Chang is clearly not using OpenTable correctly. We made a reservation for 6:45, an open spot according to OpenTable. When we arrived, we were early, 6:40. We checked in and the host said it would be ready closer to 6:45, but they had checked us in. We returned at 6:45 and a second host told us they were preparing the table. At 6:47 or so, the general manager came out and told us that we would have to wait for 30 minutes or so to be seated. As a result, we left.

My wife and I went to P.F. Chang's for the first time for a date night and we were very pleased with the quality of service, drinks, and food. We really enjoyed the ambience and presentation of our appetizer and the flavor of our dishes, which my wife ordered the shrimp tempura roll and I chose the Spicy Miso Ramen with pork and both were delicious selections.

It’s PF Changs. I can always count on a good dining experience, attentive wait staff, and good food. I’m glad they have started taking Open Table and gave higher ratings for this reason. Good job at the Lubbock, Texas location. All was as expected!

Had a meal of appetizers and found them all to be good. Really liked soup, spring rolls and lettuce wraps.

I was 4 minutes too late and they canceled my reservation.
