In my recent experiences ordering from this restaurant, I've noticed that the delivery times have been greatly exaggerated, and my orders have been arriving late. The last order took two hours to arrive, which was over an hour past the estimated delivery time. The food was cold and not up to the usual standard. I've been a customer of this takeaway and restaurant for over 30 years, and I can honestly say that both the service and the quality of the food have seriously declined. The customer service is terrible; they agree to process a refund and tell you to keep the food just to get you off the phone, only to later refuse to finalize the refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!
The experience was truly delightful. The service, food, and drinks were fabulous, leaving us with empty plates that show just how well-portioned everything was. This is definitely the best option in Lincoln, especially with the sea being closed. We look forward to coming back!
The service was extremely slow. There weren't enough staff, and it seemed that Just Eat orders were prioritized over those placed directly with the restaurant. It took more than two hours for our main courses to arrive. We won't be returning!
We had a great experience celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday with a meal here. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. It was a wonderful gathering for all 12 of us!
