Pizza Planet - Table reservation

I ordered pizza and informed the restaurant over the phone that there was a road closure with a diversion in place. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I called and was told that the delivery driver was on his way. After waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes, I called again only to be told that the driver had returned because he couldn't access the closed road. My children are extremely hungry and I am very upset. I cannot adequately express our disappointment and frustration with this situation.

Ordered myself and my family food, order arrived wrong, called pizza planet and was told they would send me another lot of food it would be with me I in 30 minutes 1.5 hrs later and no food, my family have eaten theirs, no one picks up the phone, really rude Will never use them again

I ordered a delivery for almost $40. After three phone calls and waiting for 1.5 hours, the delivery still had not arrived. I will not be using this service again.

Orderd at 6 come and 7.50 stone cold no answer from.shop hungry kids when I phoned shop they said 10 min 30 min later it come.bever again
