following the reception of an attractive prospectus, we decide to order 8 menus to eat with colleagues. after a pleasant phone conversation we'll be announced 30 minutes. We decide to call back at the end of 40 minutes, our order is on the road and will not be late (10 minutes max.) we call back a second time beyond 10 minutes and even speech. Another 15 minutes later, the order still seems on the way, the tone rises and we are pleased to have insulted on the phone and hung on the nose and our order has never arrived. But there were only 4 kms...
