The level of service experienced was disappointing and fell below expectations. There is a need for an improvement in the overall attitude and attentiveness of the server. Additionally, the quality of the to-go order was unsatisfactory; the chicken was overcooked, the lettuce appeared spoiled, and the fries were unappetizing, making them nearly inedible. In comparison to other PJ's locations, this particular experience was notably subpar. Furthermore, our server was frequently absent during our meal, making it challenging to request refills. Regrettably, based on this experience, I do not intend to return to this establishment.
