"Dee-licious!! We had the burned ends, slender and damp brisket, and KC ribs with macaroni and cheese, baked beans and corn bread. So delicate and tasteful! Many great options on the menu, including ala carte. We'll be back."

It is regrettable that this institution should be regarded as mediocre. The beer (on tap) was quite good and local while the food was tasteful and freshly cooked. However, the proportions were too small and overpriced. What you see here total about $70, intends to feed 2 adults and 2 children. On Google, the proposal was similar to Dinosaur BBQ (NYC), and Rodney Scotts (SC) did not. Although tasteful, again we were very disappointed by the small portions compared to their price tags. We ordered two children chicken dishes (picture), which contain two sides and a drink. Her meals had 2 baked pre-frozen chicken strips (which were not cooked thru), both had an apple sauce and a capri sun, while...

Large barbecue area in Saratoga/Upstate NY. You have a large menu with endless sauce/season options. All the classic secondary dishes you would find on a BBQ menu, we tried the Coleslaw and Cornbread, delicious! Hush puppies were a bit dry. You draw the inspiration from the BBQ from all over the country and add a few spins to NY favorites like waking rolls! The wings had a delicious smoke taste and good taste on them. It was quite empty on a Wednesday afternoon, but I am sure it is packed in the evenings and especially during the football/ball season.

I always love the food here. You expect to pay a bit more then average but you also get quality food and large portion sizes. The best part in my opinion is the barbeque sauce selection. My favorite is always gonna be the Tennessee whiskey one. Love love love it. I'm a creature of habit so I usually get the pulled pork, but I can get it every time and not be disappointed. It's a great place to get collard greens while in the north and not be disappointed in them, kinda rare. But had a great experience as always.

Second week, my son and I became members of the Saratoga Bills Backers at PJs BarBQSA. For a long time Buffalo Bill's fans were nice to be with other Bills Mafia. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, such a limited menu, but everything was very good and a nice selection of beers. Can't wait to return, Go Bills!
