If you are looking to be “Ponged” then go to Pong. We planned a going away party for a colleague and had made reservations with Pong to reserve a table for the outing. Pong called twice to confirm our reservations, including on the day of.Once we arrived, they told us that the entire area was blocked off for a corporate event. Even though we had told them that “you Pong” had confirmed our reservations today day.... their reply was “oh sorry”. No offer to make the situation better. As a large restaurant in the Financial District, you would expect them to have some level of organization or process to call and inform us of the change... nothing.Clearly this place values money over customer serv...
Very cool space, decent beer and service. When you walk down the stairs, you see people getting a haircut on the right and on the left people playing ping pong and drinking beer. Cool idea. Throw in foosball tables, a couple arcade machines and it would be super fun!
Nice concept but can do a lot better with the space. The only way to get your hand at the ping pong table is if you come early. They could make a timed service instead of letting people take the table and just stay until they decide to leave.
Fun place to break the boring pub meet up. Drinks are a bit overpriced but the tables are reasonable per hour. Note: you need to book ahead. Anytime after 5-ish on Friday/Saturday all tables will be reserved for the night. Book a table now
Ping pong was fun but the managers and bartenders kicked us out early at 1:20 for no apparent reason? Other than that was a pretty chill place, good for big groups
Went for an FGC tournament and it was a really good venue, lots of screens for watching the stream and pizzas at $10!

Poachers got to the ping pong tables. No whiskey in whiskey and cokes. A let down.
