Experience 07/24/2023: I placed an order that was made incorrectly last night (Monday). I wasn't made aware of that until I got home. I called and spoke to the night manager (Kayla) and her attitude was beyond what I was expecting. She was so polite and willing to make the matter right to the best of her abilities. I arrived back to the store and her attitude was the same polite and energetic. I want to say thank you (Kayla) for setting such a positive atmosphere to the point where my order being made incorrectly was no longer a problem.Location: Lumberton, North Carolina

I went by to pick up chicken for my wife and saw 84.5 rating that was a new rating. I cannot believe this. That shows not safe to eat. I have always like Popeyes better than other brands but ONLY in Lumberton to see something like this. Also terrible attitudes. Never say thank you or anything else. Just hand the food out and turnaround and leave

Very rude .... Food was cold and old .. bad service all together....

They didn't have chicken sandwiches, made us really sad.
