We have been here probably about 6 times and every single time, something bad happens. Whether it's messed up orders, angry employees, sketchy atmosphere, there is always SOMETHING wrong here. Their online ordering sucks. We ordered at 9 and it let us go through with it. We get to the drive thru and they tell us they just ran out of everything. The employees are always in a bad mood. I have never once had a positive experience with this location. Honestly killed the Popeyes name for us.
The customer service was terrible. I could hardly understand the person assisting me at the drive-thru. Then, they asked me to pull up and wait for over 30 minutes, and to top it off, they forgot my order.
This place hands out food boxes that are eaten out of! Check your food, make sure your sauce packets aren't open, and you chicken didn't have a bite out of it.
The employees here do not wash their hands before making the food. As you can clearly see them scratching themselves and then touching your food right after Book a table now
I will never go here and I will stop people I know from going here. This location has handed out a food box that was eaten out of. Check the drinks also!
The food was cold, and when I requested to have it reheated or prepared again, both the manager and the staff member were rude.
