OK food, as per standard of franchise, there's better but could be worse. Terrible service and not well managed at all. Today I was picking up an order. I waited patiently by the cashiers, under a sign that says online order pickups, for the workers to acknowledge me. They did not. After a good 5 minutes I asked them whether they had any online orders ready to pick up, and said my name. The server did not say anything, she just picked up my order (which had been sitting there all the time I was there) and dropped it on the table in front of me in a rude way. I waited at a respectful distance for quite some time; I was polite when asking; and this is how you get treated? With contempt? I will...
There is no enthusiasm at this restaurant. All of the staff look oppressed, unhappy and unmotivated. The Mexican Manager who appears to speak very little English has a mean face and mean and unfriendly attitude.I only go to this location out of urgent convenience. There is no positive effort put into physical or food appearance, therfore the taste of the food is not very satisfying.
Not great. The line for the drive thru was pretty long, but moved very quickly. I ordered the nuggets and was given the wrong sauces. By the time I got home (I live 2 minutes away) the food was completely cold; far colder than it should have been if they had given me warm food at the window. The nuggets had clearly been sitting out for a while, but flavor-wise they weren’t bad.
I would go there more frequently if they could accurately understand and communicate my order. I value that English is a second language for many, as I also travel quite a bit, but I often encounter issues with getting my order right. Unfortunately, I think I’ll look for a different restaurant that serves food that isn’t dry or overcooked. Book a table now
Even though they said they didn't have cucumbers, they added pickles... unforgettable Popeyes...The chicken tenders weren't bad, but the nuggets were a little underwhelming.It's very different from Korean Popeyes.
The service was incredibly slow and frustrating. When I asked for the drink I had already paid for, I was met with an attitude. I didn't mean to inconvenience you by requesting what I was owed!
The staff showed a terrible attitude towards the delivery personnel. The service is disappointing.
