This is a great fast food restaurant, but by the time I get home with my food it is no longer hot. You have invested in the tables and chairs, please assemble them. Parking: The parking has always been a problem at this strip mall. I am glad to see that the large potholes that have been there in the past have been filled now. This strip mall has many tiny restaurants and stores and a BofA and Rite Aid and parking is at a premium.
The people who manages this place does NOT WANT to put chairs and tables the way it was prior to pandemic because you can just tell they don’t want to clean it maybe they’re lazy and it’s extra work for them!? It’s been three LONG YEARS since the Pandemicand this place STILL THINKS we’re still in the middle of pandemic because there are NO Chairs/tables for the majority of the customers to seat down and this place just simply implies “Buy your Chicken but FOR TO GO ONLY and don’t bother us!” It’s just ashame for a Major fast food place like this to turn away customers to dine in and ordering them that their food is for “TO GO” only hence why the atmosphere is not that good. Great tasting food. Especially recomend the spicy chicken and beignets. The seating has all but been removed (only 2 tables left) and gets pretty crowded after 3pm on school days. Price (especially for fast food is pretty high comparatively... basicly worth it for once in a while dining. Hit up the specials when offered. LOTS of parking. Handicap able but few in-between shops. Staff seems like they are there begrudgingly to get a paycheck and go home.. so not so friendly
How is it possible that they have the bathroom out of service and the employee comes out of the other bathroom and tells me that it is only for employees, so I come with a great need to urinate, and this person denies me entry to the bathroom with a simple Sorry! DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN COMPLAIN SO THE CITY FINES THEM. Book a table now
Ate here with a friend 11/12/23 about an hour before closing. My friend got severe food poisoning but I did not. The only thing he ate that I didn't was mashed potatoes and gravy. Classic symptoms of food poisoning appeared about one hour after eating. I have never seen someone so sick. Just eat with caution!
We always visit this restaurant, especially on Tuesdays because of their great deals. The food is always hot and fresh. We usually order chicken nuggets, and they’re cooked to order, so they come out nice and hot. The employees are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
My coworker and I had gotten food here for lunch. Everything was fine until my colleague looked closer at her food and found this! To make it worse, it was still alive. We're so disappointed and disgusted after finding this.
Online order was not ready at pickup time but all items were fresh when received. Parking can suck here so be prepared. Book a table now
