Service is terrible. I ordered a 12 pcs. Family meal, and the cashier said 4 pcs. combo meal. I had to remind her three times of my order, she kept telling me 4 pcs. combo meal. Then, she told the manager that I changed my mind, then she charged me for the rice which should be included with the family meal sides. Since she charged me for the rice, I was expecting two sides of rice, but there was only one. So, I told the manager, and she said that everything should be only one rice even though they charged me extra for the rice. What terrible service they have there.
Horrible store! Took out payment online, said our order would be delivered in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, after a frustrating call, didn't know about our order, come back tomorrow. No manager to talk to. Dad goes to pick up, not ready, but shown on register. Didn't get all of the order, and want tip removed. Two very bad workers who could care less about their service.
The food wasn't very good . Got cold shrimp and hard too. Disappointed. The women at register was very friendly ... as long as u spoke spanish. White person came in the smile was gone and order not coming out as fast as others. I felt a little put bk at her attude. The new girl was so lost felt bad for her. The rude lady has her face already in the reviews
Service sucks. Only customer in the store and got to listen to the employees have a conversation and ignore my daughter and I completely. They asked me if I wanted to order as I walked out the door. Wasn't the 1st poor service, but will be the last.. Better chicken with better service at other places in SLO. Book a table now
disgusting food in every sense of the word. employees there look like they would rather be in jail. how is this food considerable not only edible but a chicken tender?
Tenders were a little undercooked. But the service was great. So happy to have a Popeyes near me after moving to a new town.
Employee taking orders too serious, no smiles. Food good. Chicken tender shape reminded me of a Sea Horse.
