Was eating my sandwich and noticed a homeless man, looking through the window. A woman, purchased her sandwich and walked out the door, and was immediately approached by the man. Freddy, an employee, didn’t even hesitate and walked outside to make sure she was ok. Props to you sir, we need more people like you looking out for each other.
Had a wonderful experience at Potbelly in Midtown today after meeting Scottie Pippen at Spec’s a couple of blocks away. The mac cheese was exquisite, it washed down very well with Scottie’s “Digits” whiskey bourbon at home; the wreck sandwich with the hot peppers was also excellent. Thanks Potbelly, enjoyed my experience here today.
The food is great, the atmosphere is great. The service is on site and people are so friendly and positive. The store is clean and the waiting was short. You will destroy the experience!
