I placed a pick up order through the app. My husband ordered a quesadilla. The quesadilla wasn’t even grilled. It looked like they put everything in the tortilla, sliced it down the middle shoved it into a box. Upon further examination, his veggies were RAW?! Just raw green peppers. I don’t even know how that happened. I felt so so awful for him as he finally took a personal day after working 65 (no exaggeration) hours so far this week. Basically 20 hours a day. Only to get a raw, inedible quesadilla. Cheese only works as a binder if it’s melted so it all fell apart everywhere. It was such a mess. morning staff is great. Night shift, especially cash register stank facial snail must be fired. learn how to get their payment to big customers. I'm not going to that, but even they deserve recognition. if they don't like their job, they get a new one before they get this steadfast report to a foul low. can't ask a question with getting a posture, why did I even order before the time would have been faster to go through the line.
it was very good, the staff was hard working and attentive, it was worth visiting, I inhaled the burrito, I know that it would fill up most people, but not me, good enough. wow the rice bowls also looked really good, and of course I love soda refills on a multi-cast button soda machine. highly recommended.
