My parents come to this location every Friday night for their date night. How cute. Unfortunately, every time I have gone with them my experience has not been the greatest. The last time I went was my last time- and their last time- we would attend this location. It was a slow Friday night, about 4 families in the entire restaurant including us and I guess they were short staffed. It took about 15 minutes before we were greeted by our waiter (who was also training). By that time, we had all our meals picked out including my 1 1/2 year olds meal. Sure, Smokey Bones is a chain, but it's one of my favorites. It happens to be one of our go-to places for dinner when my significant other and I a) are lazy and don't want to drive very far and b) we are craving bbq. I have to be honest, they have an excellent loyalty program (Bones card) and coupons that bring us back too. While saving time and money helps, I quite enjoy the food. Came here for lunch and the place was completely dead. Very sad. Had the wings and it tasted dry and precooked. So very sad. Have been here for their BBQ and ribs and they are only okay, not great. : Cool decor and service was pretty quick and decent, but would not go here when craving BBQ. Truly sad!
