The welcome here was so appallingly rude we had to leave. Possibly the most inhospitable hospitality experience I’ve had anywhere! It was a special day and we couldn’t risk staying to find it went from really bad to even worse so cut our losses and got out. Very disappointing after a very good previous experience. Feeding back in the hope that this potential local gem has a look at their arrogant and unfriendly approach to customer experience.
An over night stay in great rooms with an amazing supper. Staff were very helpful and happy to serve until we ran out of steam. Have recommended it to other people.
