I have been to this Quiznos a few times and it's generally been not too bad. Last night I bought a sub, I was asking the cashier for help on how to scan the receipt for the points on the new Quiznos app. He tried to help, to make a long story short at the end of it he forgot to give me my change and I left not thinking about it. I realized I didn't have my change when I opened my wallet at my next stop. For me it wasn't so much the $13 as the principal. I returned only to be told I would need to call the manager the next day. I called Amy the next day and they were no help at all, not willing to look at video footage, basically just brushing me off as someone trying to scan them, she didn't...
