My boyfriend and I dined here over the weekend. Our food was good but the service was bad from the moment we walked in. When we first walked in, the hostess was nowhere in sight, and we waited almost ten minutes at the front, just to be greeted and then seated. Once we were seated, we waited almost another ten minutes to be greeted by our server. When our server arrived he apologized for the wait but it was a very light apology. He didn?t even seem apologetic and didn?t make eye contact with us. He didn?t seem happy to serve us which made us feel even more uncomfortable. He also spoke very timidly and with a low voice. Burger was really good. I ordered the Guacamole Baconburger. Cooked exactly right, many crispy bacon, burgerpatty size was good and covered the entire bungalow, and toppings and sauce were plentiful, but not overflowing, and evenly distributed in the bungalow. Order was ready when we arrived (about 6-7 min after the start of the ActiveMenus pickup window). Pickup was extremely fast and smooth, with friendly staff, and everything necessary to enjoy the meal ready to go in the bag. The share of the frits was quite small for the price, plus we ordered additional frits for a meal and the order contained no additional frits. I am very happy with the way this Red Robin location has been taking my orders lately. My bacon cheeseburger was so nicely cooked and usually at other locations my meat seems to always be very pink. I really appreciate the to-go specialist Jeffrey, he is such a nice guy and I notice that he always goes beyond others. He always makes sure he never forgets all the sauces (I order literally almost 10 of them). I really appreciate that because a lot of people never read what I order.
This is one of my favorite spots to meet when I am in this part of Jersey. I loved every time I went there!!! I love the waiters who are all so friendly! The appetizers are delicious. The food is delicious! Always clean bathrooms. This is in my Top 10! My children love it and we take it once a month to make them feel special for dessert. Love this place!!!
