It started with a need to re-live my old memories of Red Robin in Edmonton. We were in the middle of a 16 hr trip and stopped into Kamloops. As I was ordering online, I found it didn't give me an opportunity to say which hotel suite I was in, so I opted for pick up instead. They handed me my order and we just about go out the door when I noticed a drink was missing. I immediately went back in and was greeted with suspicion and doubt. Luckily I had the online receipt. When the employee finally caved and went to get our missing drink I checked for what else was missing and a whole entree was missing (6 people $200 order). So this employee and I emptied all the bags and took inventory, and again o...

Stopped by on the drive back from Calgary. Ate at other Red Robin’s before and this is nothing like it. Not much options in Kamloops but I would suggest eating elsewhere or finding other options. Avoid at all means, waiters took awhile to serve even water. Staff don’t look like they want to work alot of talking and food being left, not served in time hence food tasting dry and bland. Other patrons were served before us and there excuse was one of our meals take longer to cook but the dish definitely doesn’t take long with our knowledge as they didn’t know one of our guest is also a cook by trade. Kitchen staff also look like they were picked off the street or some foreign country. Highly con...
We stopped in on our way to the Okanogan for a nostalgic supper since we no longer have a Red Robin where we live. I was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was filthy and rundown. The doors and windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks/months. The service was slow and poor, but did pick up half way through our meals. Our burgers tasted ok, but nothing like they used to. We have stopped in every year and we’re sad to see it not being up to par.
Best bugers! Great food, great variety. Service was great. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in, seated quickly, and drink orders taken with a few minutes of seating. Our server took our orders as soon as we were ready. He was very nice and polite. The restaurant itself could use a little updating, but I still enjoy the atmosphere. Red Robin's is usually the place we can all agree on, and we'll keep coming back ? Book a table now
Kid-Friendliness: I saw lots of families dining here! I haven't brought my son yet, but I'm confident he would enjoy it. Parking: We went on a Friday night and found several available spots when I arrived just before 6 PM. The only good parking option in the entire lot is near Red Robin. Dietary Restrictions: I really enjoy having my burger wrapped in lettuce.
Well I had the terriaky chicken burger which was really good. The service is always great but you guys need to do something about your onion rings. They are over cooked and so greasy it tastes like ****. This was a to go order. I have complained so many times about them but nothing changes. It would be nice to have them taste like they use to be.
Another great meal at Red Robin! The Pineapple Upside Down Shake with Captain was a perfect way to cap off the evening—please keep it on the menu! I visited again, and our server was exceptional, promptly addressing all our needs. Thank you, Red Robin! As for kid-friendliness, the RR kid menu is a big hit with children!
I love Red Robin, and am confident after 30 years or so that I will gave a consistently enjoyable experience in any RR location. Best burgers, best service. Book a table now
As for kid-friendliness, all the servers were very accommodating to children and adults alike. Overall, it’s a great place to bring the family!
