We visited Restaurant99 in Zwickau and were absolutely thrilled. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The ambiance is cozy, stylish, and simply invites you to linger. The food was fantastic. Our rump steak was grilled to perfection—beautifully crispy on the outside, wonderfully juicy on the inside, and cooked to perfection. It came with delicious sides like crispy steakhouse fries, flavorful sautéed mushrooms, a creamy sauce, and, with the other dish, a fluffy baked potato and tasty bacon-wrapped green beans. The food was tasty, but the service was rather poor. The food was mixed up twice from another table, when we wanted to pay it took up to 30 minutes and of the two leftover dishes we wanted, only one was packed.
In my opinion the best pizza in Zwickau! Insider tip: Order seafood pizza (not on the menu). Nice staff holiday feeling thanks to the adjacent lido and escort pond.
