regional but very warm, local cuisine fresh and delicious products remaining. service although being of a very friendly Francophone language with a smile of all the moment. desserts house mostly, short without thinking about being in a gastro, I felt very well welcomed and served in this hostel. This is a family owned and operated business. Excellent soup, service, and high quality local meats and vegetables. Friendly atmosphere, fluent American English is spoken as well as German and French. I recommend having a colonel (vodka poured over their homemade lemon sherbet) for dessert!
