Romano's Macaroni Grill

The restaurant smelled stale upon entering. We had to wait to be greeted long enough we almost left. The tablecloth was dirty, we had to ask for silverware, and our meals came out separately. The waitress was personable and the 3 of 4 meals tasted great. Unfortunately there was a hair in my meal, and there was so much balsamic vinegar on my husband’s salad he couldn’t eat it. We all used the restrooms, and all of our shoes stuck to the floor. You could hear the sucking sound with each step. A gas station bathroom would have been cleaner. Waste of money and total disappointment

The host seated us after just a moment. Not busy when we arrived. The server was delightful and cheery. Very accommodating. The food unfortunately did not match the ambiance and the service. I ordered a Strawberry Margarita and super sour. They sent it back and the bartender brought it back but it was the same, super sour. The entrees were very salty. The appetizers were also very salty. I have been to this location and this chain before but it’s been a while and never had this type of experience before. The quality has gone down for me. So sorry to see it go like this.

I had reservations at 6. We got there at 5:45 and was seated a few minutes afterwards. Service was great. Good selection of kids food. My chicken spaghettini dish was lovely, but the boyfriend’s penne rustic dish was overly salty. He couldn’t eat it all, ate what he could at the top as the middle and bottle where sauce is was too salty. Overall, it was a nice dinner outing.

Food was very salty. Waiter not very attentive. No one at host stand tables not set up. Broken booths. Booths dirty we sat on crumbs. Drinks were good.
