We invited the in-laws to meet us for lunch at Romano's Macaroni Grill. We had never eaten there before, so had our fingers crossed. They were short-staffed and the GM was the chef! The food turned out to be wonderful and our service was great. The greeter/waiter was funny and welcoming. I would recommend them without reservation (no pun intended! . The in-laws were well-pleased.
The server was impressive, but the food was disappointing. Macaroni Grill used to be our go-to spot, but the quality has decreased with each visit. The restaurant also had a foul sewage smell inside, which was off-putting. Sadly, this will probably be our final visit.
Great value and delicious food. I feel like the hostess wasn’t aware of our reservation (Sunday lunch) but the restaurant wasn’t busy so it was no problem to get a table for our party.
