Romantico - Table reservation

My order was a delivery. I had a special wish. I like Spaghetti Bolognese with Gorgonzola and have deposited this wish with my phone number. There was only one Bolognesesauce on delivery. Without query or info, the wish was simply ignored. I then asked by phone if I made something wrong when ordering. You just kept the phone listener there. In the end, I talked to three people. Lastly, with a noticeably badly lauded gentleman who turned out to be chief. He told me if I had special requests, I should give up my order at another restaurant. That's it. In the future again at the competitor from Mellendorf. There are also special requests no problem!
