This place is truly amazing, the people that work here are so kind hearted and made the experience so much better than the typical “New York” experience especially as someone not from here. I would come again and again every time I come back to New York for a trip! The food being delicious is the cherry on top, obviously. But when you have good people providing good food and good service, it makes it all worthwhile. 1000/10.
I got bagel and coffee from this location. One thing I have to say is that the customer service is really great!!. They care and value every customer. Very polite and more importantly they value your value and appreciate your business. Thus I would really tell everyone to support small, family run business like these to provide encouragement to them and show our appreciation for their hard work!!
The girl behind the counter and her family are pro Palestine and the movement against Israel … Once again someone not smart enough to keep mouth shut as to not hurt their business … so you side with them this is your place … place of stupidity … if your not then maybe not give them your business …
