As a Maryland Commuter, I frequently grab a bite to eat at Union Station. For many years I have frequented and enjoyed Salad Works. However, recently I have noticed that the salad content is getting skimpier. Same amount of lettuce but the add-ons are not full scoops, and today the bacon, tomatoes, pasta, and turkey were almost non-existent. I guess it is time to say goodbye and find someplace else to get my salad. In closing, I find that the quality has diminished with the apparent change in either ownership or management a few years back.
