This jewel is hidden in a run-of-the-mill stripe marble, but once inside you will think you are in a fluctuating Westlake Village Spot. They specialize in agricultural food and Ventura County with it is a wealth of local farms is a great place for it! The beef potters were a big start. The Wild Mushroom Mac cheese was creamy and delicious! The freshly costing wild mushrooms were a beautiful supplement, and mixed with a pinch of the fancy table salt, this dish was perfection. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Sat for 15 minutes without ever seeing a server or being greeted by anyone other than the busboy. Had to ask the busboy who our server was. Apparently it was the owner, who was also bar tending and taking care (or should I say neglecting) 8 tables. When the busboy tried to tell him that our table needed attention the owner brushed off the busboy and continued talking to friends. We walked out.

this restaurant is always good and always not busy. weird. it should be much busier based on the quality of the food and service especially as to price which i find quite reasonable. hope it lasts.

Here only for lunch and it is a decent place with good food and service. It is very convenient for the occupants of many of the professional buildings in the area.
