We used to love the brunch at Salt and Iron, but this last time was not good. The corned beef hash came with runny eggs and was so mushy, it resembled canned. The other dish had what looked like about 1/4 of an avocado. For the price, it should have had a very generous portion of avocado. I know prices are up, but for $65 (no alcohol), I expected much more. Hope it was just a one off.
My friend and I both had Eggs Benedict… one crab and one avocado and tomato along with delicious diced potatoes. Delicious!! I’m glad we had reservations as it was full ….
Had a nice time on a business meal. Food and service were good. Would go back again.
We all loved the food. The waitress was lovely and very efficient.
