Friday lunch treat so I decided to have Fish and chips. Went to one of my local places that I really like and ordered the Flathead fillets pack plus 3 battered mussels. John the owner looked after the cooking, I watched him freshly batter the fillets before cooking and I believe this makes a big difference. Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it just with fresh lemon and plain salt.
This is the best Fish and Chips in Sydney,cooked to perfection, Servings are lunch, Friendly staff and clean shop Fish is fresh and tastes divine, I wont buy from anywhere else now as no one has topped them that I have tried elsewhere
