Salty Lime was really good back when they opened. And it has really gone down hill again and again. Last night was the last time I will ever eat there. Me and my wife sat at the bar. Service from the bar tender was non existent. Very new but that is management’s fault for not training properly. All of the basics were not there. Too many to post here. After we ordered she said we can expect a 45 minute wait because the kitchen is backed up. The place was 1/2 full. This isn’t the first time we heard that here. to the owner, I reached out on the salty lime website and thirsty marlin website last week. Not sure why since I have heard from no one. I couldn’t tell you why I keep coming back here. Tonight, I requested to move tables as there was ants crawling up the brick walls. I am writing this sitting at my new table now over 20 minutes later. No one has brought taco Tuesday menus, we have no water, and while multiple servers have walked by to help other tables just not ours. Needless to say we will be going other places in the future. I feel constantly robbed by the service and quality here.

One of the ways I rate a Mexican restaurant is by their Margarita. As usual, great flavor, not a drop of alcohol, fruit juice with alcohol prices. Thick, hard chips with some of them being super salted, no outside service, but outside seating. Food took forever to come, also expensive. Food was good and plenty. Not the worse, but no where close to the best. It only gets good ratings because it's a local hangout.

Totally great spot. Drinks are epic. Like eighteen flavors of margaritas ?. The queso is terrific. I had the tacos and my wife had a bowl. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a traditional style Mexican/American resturant. ?
