OMG!! We just happened to be walking by, looking for a nice place to have dinner in Palm Beach and stopped at Santucci ristorante to inquire. The reception was friendly and welcoming to start and we loved the ambiance, joking with the manager when he stated that this was « the place » for real good Italian food. OMG, was he right. Everything, I mean everything was incredible. From the calamari’s appetizer quality and presentation to the main dishes (I had the Osso buco, best ever, wow! to deserts (tiramisu and crème brûlée , everything was amazing. The service was friendly, personalized and professional as one can only hope for in a high end restaurant. We were a party of 4 and all came out...
We had a delightful evening in this wonderful Italian restaurant! The ambiance is lovely, with nice decor, colors, and cleanliness. The open kitchen adds an extra touch to the experience. There were seven of us, and we entrusted the owner to recommend a selection of dishes from various categories. We enjoyed four to five appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts. As a fish lover, I can assure you that you'll find plenty to satisfy your cravings here. Definitely worth a visit! And for those Italians who can’t go without coffee, the coffee here is excellent! This place is great, and especially from a food stand point. The servers also are killing it. The location is super quaint and not quite where you would expect when visiting, but actually more cool. I highly recommend if you love Italian... All the stars under 5 are because I gave the food 5, which I have never done before on here, and had to curve grade accordingly. If you don't love fresh hand made pasta, you may not super love it like I did, but it's still a top tier restaurant, which is hard to find when traveling. I feel super blessed/lucky to have stumbled in to it!
Without a doubt, this is the best Italian restaurant in the Palm Beach/West Palm Beach area. Family-owned and operated, it offers a fantastic menu featuring delicious pastas, seafood, and hearty meat dishes. The gelato and tiramisu are exceptional. Food and service were good. Tables are so tight together it's hard to have a conversation, and as hard as they tried to avoid doing it, I was bumped frequently by the wait staff heading to other tables—even though my chair was pulled in as much as possible. Made for an uncomfortable environment.
We were on business trip from California and came across this restaurant. Our dinner was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant was beautiful. Truly a gem in West Palm Beach. Locals are so lucky to have an authentic Northern Italian restaurant such as Ristorante Santucci.
One of the better dining choices in WPB. The highlight was their bucatini amatriciana with thick, home-pulled pasta. Good salad, too. Calamari, though, needed more cooking time to become crisped. Overall, quite a good visit.
