Terrible experience If you want to wait 2 hours for mediocre food go to Shensha Absolutely terrible experience 15 of us 7 teens didn’t even take a drinks order for 30mins then they are too busy sending Uber eats orders out the door to care for their restaurant clients Food was served at 9pm when we sat at 7pm Food was meh lukewarm Did complain in the restaurant no care at all was given so yeah avoid
This is an old favourite, from when I lived in Hertford. Maybe a little bit worn for than in the past. Food was lovely, and service efficient. The only downside was, on a Saturday night, it was VERY noisy, and some of our fellow diners were behaving disgracefully, which sadly seems to be the norm in Saturday night Hertford :
probably one of my favorite kikkas I've ever eaten! fresh, lively and fantastic delicious flavors. beautiful staff and atmosphere would recommend everyone. even if they know them, they treat them so friendly etc.
There are better places to eat and the staff aren't particularly helpful. They seemed very put out that were were there but added a service charge on without asking. Sticky carpet and dirty toilets too.
