I don't usually give all 5 star reviews, but I've eaten here multiple times lately and have yet to have a bad meal or service. It's authentic food with a good variety, and some great choices for lunch, both quick and inexpensive. I haven't tried the bar yet, so one of these days (when I'm not working close by) I'll get an old fashioned and report back.
The food was really good! Our favorite was the bread pudding! It was by far one of my favorite desserts from a restaurant. The chicken pot pie had really good flavor. We also had a chipotle chicken wrap. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it was a good blend of ingredients for a wrap.
Everything about my experience here was extraordinary. I was graced with some of the best shepherds pie I've ever had! The drinks were provided by very lively and cheerful bartenders. They made great conversation and I would certainly be back if not for them alone!
Burger was a frozen patty and cooked into a hockey puck. Shepherd 's pie was disappointing as the lamb was overcooked. Bangers and mash not bad, but not good either. Fish and chips were 'shake and bake ', not beer battered. Food was highly disappointing.
