update my review below. I just had the complete opposite experience in view of the same scenario. put my order in 5 minutes before the arrival. I saw when I noticed they were super busy. I have to wait 30 or 40 seconds before someone had my drink in my hand. I don't know what happened, but I'll add a star to it every time. my original review is below for reference, they are slower than other standpoints. I tried to drink for a second. I ordered in the app to take about 3 or 4 minutes before. then I waited 10 minutes after the arrival and the arrival, but I had to go. I just had a middle ****. no eating. they have no way through. I didn't pay the ****.
after the order waited 30 minutes I saw literally my tassen ices sitting in the store, while 2 cars got orders there before me still they came after my order was placed I ordered a huh slide 2 jr cheeseburger and 2 ff the ff we are cold and evil my slider beer was burned and I couldn't eat it was like a hockey puck it was so hard. also made me too late for the work so long I saw 4 workers in the load only one was auto hopping this load has gone downhill since ms sophia is gone
Worst Sonic I've ever been to! Super slow service just for an order ahead drink. Most of the stalls didn't work. Worst part is the ice and drinks have tasted horrible the last few times I've been. My advice would be to clean the ice/drink machines and find a way to block off the stalls that aren't in service! Never going back!
that is the second time that I waited for this sonic for over 15 minutes to place and count one job! my red button was activated and canceled twice. so far. I had to activate it and now I'm sitting here. I recommend going in another sonic in the city.
