Good to know they turn off the ice cream machine 23 minutes before closing. I went to order some Oreo blasts and the person taking orders never stated they shut down their ice cream machine. I sat there for a couple of minutes deciding what to order but they could have told me they turned off the machine. If you close at 10 PM, why turn off machines before closing? I get you want to leave ASAP but turning off machines before closing, that's a big no no.
HORRIBLE service! They make you wait SOOO long just to order the girl that takes orders and charges at the window is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! I've gone a few times and she always says something is out or not working, like is it really not or you just don't want to make slushies/icecream! The way she says thing is SO rude and makes me never want to go back! Hire more polite/professional employees
I went to sonic because me and my mom were craving a box of chicken tenders and fries, I got my box and started eating… guess what? I lifted up a chicken piece and there was roaches under my chicken. They were dead inside there.My mom went back inside and got her money back too.Please do not eat here it is not healthy? they have to go out of business.
There where roaches running around when I went in there to ask for a bath room key and I asked them are they shut down and they said no that is really unhealthy and unsanitary. Book a table now
The outside car hop type service was all lit up but I was told I had to go through drive thru and that no one would come to the car..
