Normally have good experiences but not Saturday evening. We attempted to order in the app and it showed currently unavailable. We arrived at the location and ordered from the stall. We paid and waited and it showed our drinks to be on the way and then cleared from the screen to press to order. We waited and then my wife got out and went to the door and knocked they just looked and ignored her. She came back and called on the phone explaining We had waited some time. They would get them out. They finally came out another 5 minutes or so and said they would refund the purchase. But it was apparent they had been sitting a while as the whipped crean had melted on top of the shakes. Poor manageme...
This is a fantastic spot for a quick bite! They stay open late, which is a plus. If you're a fan of fried pickles, don't miss out on the limited-time pickle fries! The strawberry milkshakes are also delicious—made with real strawberries and wonderfully thick! Overall, it’s a tasty experience with fast and friendly service!
Absolutely the best burger I had ever had! Lisa's service was outstanding and mistake free, the fries were hot and fresh and the crushed ice for the soda was perfection! Excellent service and please tip because they deserve it!!!!!

This is one of the few places in town where the staff is consistently friendly, and I’ve never had an issue with my order being incorrect!
Would definitely recommend they are way way better then harrisburg Illinois sonic and they know how to treat their guest
