I?m not sure if I came on an ?off? day, but the lady working the drive thru can hardly work the window. I asked for the pumpkin cream cold brew. The lady said it would be a minute after I paid $5.25. She then turns back around and hands me a drink. I was rushing to my hair appointment so I didn?t even stop to make sure it was the right drink. I don?t know who?s drink she gave me but it wasn?t the drink I ordered. The temp was already lukewarm like it was sitting out for over an hour. There was no ice and the coloring was just wrong. I took one drink and I can?t even tell you what kind of drink it was. Also there was no sticker on the drink indicating what drink it was. Such a disappointment...
Hands down my favorite Starbucks! They always get my drinks right! They actually know how to make them! The store on bellgrave and Etiwanda needs help! They are 2 minutes away from my job but I?ll rather go that extra miles to this store because they actually know what they are doing! Plus their attitude is always on point! The vibe feels just welcoming! Not like other places where they are just there to look pretty and be stuck up! Yuck! Trash stores! Thanks to every employee here at this location ?? you make a difference???
Run by clowns i was on my 15 min break. what's the point of the mobile order if your going to be told there's a 40 minute wait after giving them 20 minutes to simply put a bag in hot water. You can't cancel a mobile order so they scored on 5 bucks which ain't nothing but it adds up. Starbucks is slick.
Rude customer service. Barista was very rude about me picking up my my online, pick up order. I thought the point of making a pick up order was to be able to pick it up yourself. Lol. My drink was substandard and missing whipped cream and the sprinkles. My sandwich was cold as well.
