Starbucks - Table reservation

Terrible experience! I waited in line for 15 minutes, ordered a drink, and tried to purchase 2 travel cups, totaling £49.35. When I handed over a £50 note, the server's response was incredibly rude. He then asked his manager if they would accept cash, but she refused, saying they didn't have enough change. I pointed out that my change would only be 65p, but she still said no. It was a ridiculous situation with no apology, just overall awful service.

although my heart always belong to local, small caffes and caffes will dieucks is a great place to get a coffee. personally, their seasonal pfefferminz hot chocolate or mocha is the best way to start a rainy winter morning! Although I never had their simple hot coffee, dieucks tees never fail to disappoint. hot or cold, mixed or normal, dieucks serves a lot of different drinks for every tee or coffee lover.

I ordered two "good to go" bags for pickup at 4:30 pm. When I checked at 4:30 pm, it showed that the bags were ready for collection. I drove to the restaurant and parked to pick them up. However, when I arrived at 4:30 pm, I was told that the bags had been cancelled. The staff did not apologize or offer to provide a replacement bag with items that were still in date.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The drinks were not good, the atmosphere was cold and uncomfortable, and cleanliness, especially in the toilet, was an issue.
