Shanchez is one of the most pleasant and friendly individuals. I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with him! I also had the opportunity to observe him interacting with other guests, and he was incredibly kind. He definitely deserves recognition, a promotion, and a raise!
I waited 15 minutes for my order to be ready, then had to go inside and pick it up from the counter. They don't offer curbside pickup, so that's not an option.
