I was shopping at Target on Tuesday around 11 and decided to get something to drink. I got in line, and there was only one person working which is why it took about 15 minutes to order and get my drinks. The girl who helped me was really rude; I simply said, "Can I get a strawberry açaí light ice," and I was thinking about the size, which was my fault too, but she could have been nicer about it. With this rude voice, she says, "Can you tell me what size you want before you tell me your drink?" I'm like, damn, okay, simply chose to move on and tell her my size. She then makes my drink, and when I get it, I asked if it was light ice since that's what I had ordered, and she says, "Okay, I'll fi...
I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. There was only one staff member working, which wasn’t nearly enough to handle the usual crowd at Target. The barista didn’t seem rushed at all, and when she made my pumpkin spice latte, she accidentally poured the iced drink into a cup and steamed it. Now I’m left with a scalding hot beverage that tastes watered down, lacks milk or cream, and has way too much nutmeg. It’s definitely not what I was hoping for, and honestly, I can’t even bring myself to drink it because it tastes so awful. I ordered a decaf iced skinny vanilla latte, and as I was placing my order, I realized I spoke a bit too quickly. I asked the barista at the end if she heard me say "decaf," and she barely nodded, smirked, and didn't even look at me. Her reaction made me feel like I had annoyed her for double-checking. I love coffee, but unfortunately, I can't have caffeinated drinks. I was really anxious that she might give me something caffeinated just because I asked for clarification. Sure enough, after drinking my beverage, I realized it was caffeinated, and now I'm a mess. I can't go back there again knowing that she might do that.
The service was terrible. The employee was too busy chatting with someone about his poor experience at McDonald's. Ironically, he offers the same kind of service that he complains about. When I ordered coffee cake for the first time, it was handed to me in a plastic bag, and I wasn't even given the option to have it warmed up. Book a table now
Fast service and easy to get in and out of to get back to shopping! No drive thru of course but fully functional. Love the new lids that don't need a straw eco friendly. My go to when in the area.
Don’t take your truck or family SUV to the drive up window the curve is too small and you will have to drive on the curb!
