Lowest on the planet and it smells of sour milk!! These poor employees are so lost... I waited so long! When taking my order they didn't even ask my name. Lo and behold: my coffee and breakfast item was ready, BUT because I did not hear my name! It SAT: I will never ever go to this Starbucks again... I think the old place was just fine... Off with the new… back to the neighborhood, just fine!!!!
Popped in for my beloved iced Americano this morning. Always consistently delicious no matter which Starbucks I visit. Anywho, the lid on my Starbucks to go mug broke last week. I asked if they sold just the lid since my mug was fine. They said no BUT gave me one off of an existing one! I mean...WOW! Made my day! Thank you again Cassandra and staff. I really appreciate it. YTB!

The best Starbucks hands down! Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They know a lot of regulars by name. My drinks and food are always well-prepared. They do get busy, but they stay attentive and make sure everybody gets what they need.
Love the convenience of the mobile app. Always clean and staff quick to greet as patron enter. I would give 5 stars yet what's the point of alphabetical columns if the staff doesn't use them.
