I was in a hurry to get to a meeting this morning so I ordered ahead on the app. When I got to the store my coffee was there and when I picked it up I noticed that it felt way too light. For context, I’ve been ordering at this Starbucks location for 2.5 weeks now while I’ve been here for work. I order the same drink, a grande flat white, every time. I’ve been drinking flat whites for years now, but when I got this one today it was ½ foam. The coffee literally filled the cup halfway and the rest was foam. For over $6 this is ridiculous! A flat white should have foam but it shouldn’t be, and it has never been, half a cup full. I was extremely disappointed since it’s not cheap. I was in a rush...
This Starbucks is absolutely the best I have been to. There is a young lady there in charge, Ashley I believe is here name. She is so friendly and kind, she knows how to make an amazing drink. If you need a perfectly made Starbucks drink handed with a smile, this is the Starbucks for you.
I used my mobile app and picked up in the drive up so I am only rating that service. Order was ready on time and it was correct. The line at the drive up went fast. Window server was very cheerful and kind.

You would think that a coffee place like Starbucks would know the difference between a cappuccino dry and a latte. Nope.
They kept talking while I was trying to ask them a question, and they didn't even bring me my drinks.
