I am a loyal Starbucks customer and happened to be traveling for work in Madera. I went to visit this location to learn that the store is closed due to the tragic loss of one of the employees. First, I am so sorry for the loss of Emi, who was just heading to work like any other day and was killed by a drunk driver... such a senseless and tragic loss for her family. However, the main reason for my post is to commend Starbucks for putting people before profit. I am truly impressed with the compassion that this store is showing Emi and her work family. If I could do 0 stars it would be best we were waiting in line in drive threw literally the last car and it wasn't even closing time yet and because they didn't hurry up with the car in front they told us we couldn't order anymore because the car in front was the last one they were getting their order for. So sad I have been coming to this location and now they lost a daily client
I am a constant patronizer of Starbucks. I find some locations are better at acknowledging and getting your orders timely than others. But over all, I keep returning to them. There's one in the area I find that need attention to cleanliness of the inside. I usually order the fruit and cheese and protein box. They are fresh and just right for a picker upper.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed. My drink was prepared incorrectly and tasted like medicine. I visit this restaurant frequently, but today the girl at the counter was particularly unfriendly. I've never seen her here before, so perhaps she needs to be reconsidered for the job. This place is fantastic! I received a recommendation for an incredible new drink combination, and the staff was incredibly friendly! Even though I was just passing through, they made me feel like a local every time I visited (three times in total). It was an outstanding experience!
This place used to be my favorite place but recently they keep forgetting to give me something in my order. So I have to go in or go back in the drive through it's so frustrating. ?
This starbucks is hands down fantastic. We are from Tennessee visiting for the weekend, best service and everyone is so kind and upbeat. Keep it up starbucks. AERSOME!!!
