Typical Starbucks, food and drinks made to the standard. Need to sweep their floors. Biggest problem I had here was the fact that they DON'T put the mobile orders out on the counter. There IS a sign there that says mobile orders but the mobile orders are kept back by the drive-up staging area. They need to let people know that via the sign on the front counter, otherwise you stand there for 10 minutes wondering where your drink is. Please improve this.
I bought a pound of a new, whole bean, single origin coffee but didn't like the flavor. They were nice enough to let me exchange it for a different roast bean. They didn't have to do that, being that it was simply a personal preference. I am impressed with the managers at this location.
The staff was not very friendly. I walked in and stood there for about five minutes without being acknowledged, despite there being five employees on duty. The person who finally took my order seemed to dislike his job.
On Fridays they close at 11pm got there at 10:38. I go to drive through and they said they are closed due to “short staffed” when there was no one ordering and no one in the parking lot. Just a bunch of lazy people Book a table now
Music is loud as hell. I asked the staff to turn it down and got a HuHh iLL AsK response and of course it wasn 't turned down. Didn 't last 10 mins
