Normally, I wouldn't give such a high rating for any Starbucks because their service is pretty mediocre, however, this particular McDonald's located in Safeway was very accommodating. Maria, the cashier who helped me out, was very friendly and understood my request. I understand that depending on the location, some Starbucks are not able to provide a cup of iced water. For the most part, Starbucks are always accommodating in that particular situation. On this one, Maria took my request and I did receive my drink as requested... Or as ordered and I got my water. I even got service with a smile. That smile earned her the next star. Service: A Price: A Quality: A
They totally can not make Carmel macchiato. Second I asked for wooden stick to mix my coffee the girl look on me like on ghost. She say they do not have . I asked how I should mix my coffee she gives me a straw. I refused. Then she say she had something’s and show me a paper bag and napkins and Woden stick in side the bag . This is normal days and people? And they are crazy about your mouth muzzle .I did not have time but I will show them my rights. It is proven any face muzzle do not help the corona at all.
I wish I caught the two lovely baristas name this morning! They were able to help me with my order, suggesting different drinks when I mentioned I wanted something with caffeine and no dairy. Not only did they have the patience for my fumbling thoughts, they were able to give me this beautifully designed iced drink. I've never gotten coffee art at any Starbucks and this flower design made my day! Thank you guys!!
The guy on the counter took 10 mins chatting with customer before us. Then he doesn't attend to us and then spends 10 mins behind the counter and then says he is going on a break for 15 mins. Unbelievable! I would give this 0 stars if I could. Book a table now
Not quite enough seating. Good food and drinks. Usually service is slow here, so order via the mobile app well in advance. Parking is a challenge during busy times due to the adjacent gas station, shops, and Safeway.
I understand that there were two people in training, but it’s unacceptable that others who arrived 15 minutes after us received their drinks sooner while we waited 49 minutes. I'm very disappointed.

If I had to describe a Starbucks with poor service, this would be it. I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich and had to ask the manager before finally losing my patience. Unbelievable! Book a table now
One of the dirtiest Starbucks bathrooms I’ve ever been to. Makes me wonder about everything else at this Starbucks. Step it up management.
